1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by phwen ("the Platform," "phwen," "we," "us"), you ("the Player," "User," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with phwen's Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phwen.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the phwen Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to phwen is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and PAGCOR licensing conditions. phwen reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in that account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gaming protocols.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

phwen primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing phwen is lawful in your jurisdiction. phwen does not knowingly permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a phwen account: employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phwen and its affiliated entities; individuals currently subject to a self-exclusion order with any PAGCOR-regulated operator; and individuals declared legally incompetent or otherwise prohibited from entering binding agreements under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) phwen account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. phwen employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated at all times. phwen is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 KYC Verification

phwen is required under its PAGCOR license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification of all account holders. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. phwen reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwen login credentials. You must notify phwen immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phwen shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to phwen accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability and minimum deposit amounts displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. phwen does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) screening in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA, RA 9160 as amended).

phwen does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. phwen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification. phwen reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to the operating hours and processing times of the receiving payment institution. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the phwen account dashboard.

phwen reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud, AML suspicion, ongoing investigation, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phwen offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures; coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phwen are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

phwen uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories for all non-live games. Live dealer game results are determined by real-time physical outcomes (cards, dice, wheels) under recorded studio conditions. phwen does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes returned to the player's account. phwen's determination on technical fault matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwen Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes;
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents;
• Money laundering or using phwen as a channel for illegal financial transactions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with phwen's systems or software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwen staff, live dealers, or other players;
• Creating or using an account while self-excluded from phwen or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9. Responsible Gaming

phwen is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, phwen provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period (24 hours to 90 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to phwen are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irrevocable for the duration chosen. Once a self-exclusion is active, phwen will not permit you to log in or register a new account, and will refund your available balance to your registered payment method.

phwen's responsible gaming measures are implemented in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Players 21 and above are permitted to play. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly and only within your means.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

phwen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity; PAGCOR regulatory requirement; failure to complete KYC verification; or account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, phwen reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Any funds determined to be legitimately owned by the player following investigation will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phwen Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwen or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any phwen content is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of Philippine intellectual property law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwen's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's phwen account at the time the cause of action arises. phwen shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind, including loss of earnings, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

phwen does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. phwen will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

13. Privacy

phwen's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the phwen Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

15. Amendments

phwen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
